Since I live in Washington State, and my grandma and stepmom both live in Raton, it is nice to order online no matter what time of day and to see a photo of what I am ordering. My Stepmom was happy with her flowers. I received a call first thing when the lady at the shop realized she did not have the right flowers in the right colors for the arrangement. She made certain I was okay with the substitutions. The customer service was great. Thank you.
